I was referred to David (I call him Super Dave) by a good friend of mine during the Spring after spending several weekends with other brokers searching for the perfect lake-front property for my family. He has arranged for construction crews for multiple improvements to the house while becoming my "one-stop lake resource" on everything from "where to buy a fishing boat" to "where are the best breakfast biscuits at Pickwick?" I just wish I had met David sooner.
